About Me
As a psychodynamically trained counsellor, I believe that understanding our past can help us make sense of the present. Together, we'll explore the patterns, relationships, and experiences that may be shaping how you feel today, creating space for greater self-awareness, healing, and lasting change.
I work with adults across all stages of life who may be experiencing anxiety, low mood, stress, relationship difficulties, grief, trauma or simply feeling overwhelmed and in need of support.
Alongside this, I have a particular interest in working with young adults aged 18-25. This stage of life often brings significant change including navigating education, employment, relationships, identity, independence and the transition into adulthood. I understand that these experiences can feel challenging and I offer a space to explore them at your own pace.
I have supported neurodiverse individuals and people with complex or special needs, providing a compassionate and flexible approach that meets each person where they are. I can make reasonable adjustments in my practice to ensure accessibility and comfort.
